Evaluation of the effectiveness and development of a clinical decision support system for the treatment of dementia through specific psychotherapies and other psychosocial interventions.
This tool is a mobile application – although it also has a web version – aimed at both professionals and family members who have to care for a person with dementia. The application allows them to choose between different psychosocial interventions depending on the degree of dementia and other comorbidities – each additional disorder or disease – such as anxiety, depression or aggression, while informing them about the level of scientific evidence for each of them.
