Analysis of the digital competencies of psychology professionals in Catalonia.

The COVID-19 pandemic paralysed the Catalan healthcare system, forcing it to make hasty use of technology and adapt multiple processes to a virtual and digital environment, where previously its use in non-face-to-face interaction between professionals and patients was non-existent. The main objective of this research is to create a conceptual model based on the practice of ePsychology; to know what digital competences a psychology professional (in the field of health, work or education) must have; to know the competence levels to be considered; to propose the characteristics that a pre- and postgraduate training should have to achieve these digital competences in ePsychology and to propose how these competences should be empirically and effectively assessed.
